...The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a flood warning for thefollowing rivers in New York...West Branch Delaware At Walton affecting Delaware CountyThe National Weather Service in Binghamton New York has issued a* Flood Warning forThe West Branch Delaware At Walton.* From late tonight until Friday evening.* At 4 PM Thursday the stage was 7.3 feet.* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.* Minor flooding is forecast.* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage by 12 AM Friday andcrest near 10.3 feet around 8 AM Friday. The river will fall below flood stageafter 5 PM Friday.* Impact...At 10.0 feet...The county Fairgrounds begin to flood at 10 feet.&&
