At 3:15 p.m. Cobleskill Police arrested Diana L. Haviland, 51, of New Milford, CT, on an Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny. She was arraigned in Cobleskill Town Court and released after posting $500 Bail. She is to return to Cobleskill Town Court on September 19th at 5:00 p.m.

At 11:05 a.m. Cobleskill Police arrested Peter J. McGraw, 66, of Colonie, NY, for Forcible Touching. He was arraigned in Cobleskill Town Court and remanded to the Schoharie County Jail on $500 Bail / $1500 Bond. He is to return to Cobleskill Town Court on September 19th at 5:00 p.m.

At 5:00 p.m. Cobleskill Police arrested Stefen J. Becker, 23, of Cobleskill, NY, for Grand Larceny 4th and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is to appear in Cobleskill Town Court on September 19th at 5:00 p.m.
At 9:00 p.m. Cobleskill Police arrested Michael R. Smith, 36, of Cobleskill, NY, for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is to appear in Cobleskill Town Court on September 19th at 5:00 p.m.
