Cobleskill Volleyball Falls to Hartwick

Oneonta, N.Y.:  The SUNY Cobleskill women’s volleyball team took to the once again took to the road on Wednesday evening traveling to Hartwick College to drop a 3-0 decision to the host Hawks by set scores of: 25-15, 25-14 and 25-11 in non-conference action. With the blank the Fighting Tigers move to 5-10 overall while the Hawks are now 9-8 on the year.

Freshman middle hitter Karyn Knaul, Central Square, N.Y., Paul V. Moore High School, posted a team high of five kills to go with a pair of solo blocks for Cobleskill while sophomore outside hitter Emily Potter, Fort Plain, N.Y., Fort Plain High School, continued her strong season with four kills, 14 digs and an assist on the evening.

The Orange & Black will return to action on Thursday October 5th when they host Cazenovia College in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) play with first serve at 7:00 p.m.
