Sheriff's Deputies arrested Kimmarie Uhalde OF Conesville, NY for the class D
felony of welfare fraud in the 3rd degree and the Class A Misdemeanor of
offering a false instrument for filing in the 2nd degree. The arrest follows
an investigation by the Schoharie County Department of Social Services Fraud Unit and the
Schoharie County Sheriff's Office. The defendant was arrested and arraigned in the Village of
Schoharie Court and Released to reappear on January 26th, 2015.
