DELHI — The Livestock Foundation and Saint James Church Lake Delaware are thrilled to present the region’s first Christkindlmarkt—an old-world style Bavarian Christmas Market, showcasing local artisans and growers’ products for sale to visitors, and providing a magical Christmas experience for all ages.
On Saturday, December 9th from 4-7 PM visitors to Saint James’ campus will be greeted with the smell of freshly popped kettle corn, warm pretzels, bratwurst, hot cocoa and spiced beverages, and the sounds of festive music amidst the glimmer of sparkling decorations.
In addition to exploring products from over 20 local artisans and growers, special events will also be available such as petting baby goats, making-your-own holiday centerpieces, and a visit with Santa!
This is a free event, and we’re encouraging everyone to bring a new, unwrapped children’s toy for local children through the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce’s Toys for Tots Campaign.
We are grateful to Saint James for generously hosting the event at their beautiful campus at 55 Lake Delaware Drive, Delhi, NY 13753.
