DELAWARE LEAGUE – It was another light week in the schedule for baseball, with Gilboa and Walton/Downsville each picking up wins.

Gilboa/Windham blasted Margaretville 21-2 in a league game at Windham on Tuesday. Garrison Ross, Burton Strauch and Sean Willie shared time on the mound to combine for no-hitter over five innings, with Ross getting the win.Jacob Strauch had a good day behind the bat, with four hits, including a homer, to help the cause, while David Cammer also connected on a homer

In action on Monday, Walton/Downsville handed South Kortright a 13-2 loss. Everett West struck out 10 SK batters and teammate Colby Phraner added a grand slam in the win and finished the day with five runs batted in. For SK, Jacob Staroba connected on a homer.
