MIDDLEBURGH - The Middleburgh Area Business Association (MABA) needs volunteers. Please private message or show up to a meeting. The next meeting will be February 25.
Positions are:
SKILLS: Must be organized, and have strong interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude. Proficient in Word, Excel, and comfortable with data entry. No experience needed.
VICE PRESIDENT – Oversee daily operations, manage volunteers, and ensure the organization’s programs are effective
SECRETARY – Managing administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining records, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating communication between members.
EVENT COORDINATOR – Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising and community events that align with the organization’s mission.
VENDOR RELATIONS – Managing relationships with external vendors, overseeing the procurement process, ensuring smooth communication and coordinating all aspects of working with vendors, including selecting vendors executing contracts.
