Marcy, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women’s soccer team’s road woes continued on Wednesday evening as the Fighting Tigers dropped a 12-0 decision to the Wildcats of SUNY Polytechnic Institute in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. The loss drops Cobleskill to 0-7 overall with a 0-2 mark in league play while the Wildcats improve to 5-1 overall with a 2-0 record in conference play.
Cobleskill once again had trouble keeping the ball in the opposition’s side of the field as the Fighting Tigers’ defense allowed the Wildcats 51 shots and eight corner kicks on the evening.
The Orange & Black will next be in action on Saturday September 30th when they host the Panthers of Albany College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences at the Soccer/Lax Complex with kick-off scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
