On Thursday, December 28 th 2017 at about 8:00pm, Delaware County
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 19 year old Angelica C. Wallace of Chenango
Forks, New York on an Arrest Warrant issued by Stamford Town Court for
one count of Forgery 2 nd degree, a Class D Felony and Petit Larceny, a class
A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into a report of a stolen check in
the Town of Stamford. Wallace was arraigned at Stamford Town Court in
front of Judge Lamport and was released on her own recognizance. Wallace
is scheduled to appear at Stamford Town Court at a later date to answer the
charges.
