(Liberty, NY) Radio Catskill, public radio for The Catskills and Northeast Pennsylvania, is seeking new Board of Trustees members to guide its mission and development.
Members of the Radio Catskill Board of Trustees contribute their time and skills to advance the mission of a public radio station that is a model of innovation, inclusion and creativity in the world of public broadcasting.
The Board of Trustees manages the Corporation and retains legal and fiduciary responsibility for its management; makes all decisions of policies; ensures compliance with Corporation for Public Broadcasting, FCC and other Federal and State requirements; sets strategic direction for the organization; and ensures compliance with Radio Catskill Bylaws.
The Board of Trustees meets approximately once a month and members are expected to serve on at least one committee and serve the organization in other capacities. Board members serve a minimum of three years and service commences in June 2023.
