Greene County Department Of Human Services Teams Up With Community Action Of Greene County And Catskill Elks To Host Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Will you be alone for Thanksgiving? Has the economy got the best of you that your family can’t afford a Thanksgiving dinner? Why not come to the Greene County Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

The location is the Catskill Elks Lodge, 45 North Jefferson Avenue, Catskill. There is no charge for the dinner which will be served at 12:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving (Thursday November 23).

Why spend Thanksgiving Day alone when you can enjoy a delicious dinner with others? To make a reservation, please call Community Action.

If you are homebound and unable to get out, no worry. A volunteer can deliver the meal right to your doorstep. Just call to arrange for your meal to be delivered.

The dinner is open to all Greene County residents, regardless of age.

Volunteers are always welcome & are still being recruited.
