Arthur J. Currie, 29, was convicted of three (3) counts of Criminal Contempt and one count Criminal  Trespass 2d in the Town of Jefferson Court. The Jefferson Judge sentenced him to 365 days of weekends  in jail, (3) DNA surcharges of $50.00, three (3) surcharges of $205; an order of protection, and two one year conditional discharges.  

Lockwood, Brandon, 43, was convicted of Grand Larceny 4th, in Schoharie County Court. Schoharie  County Court sentenced him to 1.5 – 3 years in state prison, with $750 in restitution, $300 surcharge,  $50 DNA fee, and $25 crime victim assistance fee. New York State Trooper Bird was the arresting officer. 

Schrader, Jeremy, 46, was convicted of Criminal Contempt 1st, in Schoharie County Court. Schoharie  County Court sentenced him to 364 days, restitution and a surcharge of $733.95, felony surcharge of  $300, Crime victim’s assistance fee of $25 and a DNA fee of $50. New York State Trooper Pierce was the  arresting officer. 

Ellis, Andrew, 81, was convicted of Criminal Trespass 3rd in the Town of Cobleskill Court. The Town of  Cobleskill court sentenced him to 45 days, surcharge of $205, DNA, DNA Fee, and an order of protection.  Cobleskill Police Department was the arresting agency. 

Courtright, Kristy, 41, was resentenced on a Violation of Probation in Schoharie County Court. Schoharie  County Court resentenced her to 5 years of probation, with 56 days’ time served.  

Loucks, Thomas, 35, was resentenced on a Violation of Probation in Schoharie County Court. Schoharie  County Court resentenced him to 1 1/3 to 4 years in state prison.  

Romberg, Joseph, 41, was convicted of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 5th, Operating Motor  Vehicle Impaired by Drugs 1st, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7thin Schoharie County  Court. Schoharie County Court sentenced him to probation, 180 days, total surcharges of $845, DNA  fees, $600 fine, $75 Crim Victim Assistant fees, and a conditional discharge. Cobleskill Police Department  and New York State Trooper Bird were the arresting agencies.  

McClish, Christopher, 25, was convicted of a violation of probation in the Town of Cobleskill Court.  Cobleskill Town Court resentenced him to 150 days in jail, revocation, fines, surcharges, and any unpaid  restitution remains. 

Leeann Russell, 54, was convicted of Driving While intoxicated in the Town of Schoharie Court. The  Town of Schoharie Court sentenced her to a $500.00 fine, a $400.00 surcharge, ignition interlock device  must be installed on all vehicles owned or operated by Ms. Russell, Victim’s Impact Panel must be  attended, and her license is revoked. New York State Trooper Bird was the arresting officer.  

Lubin, Patrick, 39, was convicted of Assault 3rd in the Town of Cobleskill Court. Cobleskill Town Court  sentenced him to a $100 fine, surcharge of $205, DNA Surcharge, Order of Protection, Conditional  discharge, anger management, and 15 hours community service. Cobleskill Police Department made the  arrest. 

Lanauze, Jesus, 58, was convicted of criminal trespass 3rd in the Town of Cobleskill Court. Cobleskill  Town Court sentenced him to one year probation, a fine of $50, a surcharge of $205, $50 DNA fee, and  an Order of Protection. New York State Trooper Yodis was the arresting officer. 

Graham, John, 20, was convicted of criminal contempt 2nd in the Town of Cobleskill Court. Cobleskill  Town Court sentenced him to 180 days, concurrent with a Richmondville case, as well as a $205  surcharge and a $50 DNA fee. New York State Trooper Polak was the arresting officer. 

Ronald Jeffers, 58, was convicted of criminal possession of a weapon 4th by the Richmondville Town  Court. Richmondville Town Court sentenced him to a conditional discharge, fine, surcharge, and DNA  fee. New York State Trooper Kristel was the arresting officer. 

Trendell, Erica, 44, was convicted of assault 3rd in the Town of Richmondville Court. Richmondville Court  sentenced her with time served, DNA fee, surcharge, and an Order of Protection. Schoharie County  Sheriff’s Deputy Spencer was the arresting officer. 

Graham, John, 20, was convicted of Aggravated Harassment-2nd Degree in the Cobleskill Town Court.  Cobleskill Town Court sentenced him to probation, 30 hours community service, re-sentenced on VOP to  180 days, and a surcharge of $205. New York State Trooper Bird was the arresting officer. 

Barlik, Pavol, 48, was convicted of Driving While Intoxicated 1st and Endangering the Welfare of a Child,  in the Town of Cobleskill Court. The Town of Cobleskill Court sentenced him to probation, fines of  $1150, surcharge of $400, VIP, IID, IDP, and DNA. New York State Trooper Strobeck was the arresting  officer. 

Foland, Zachary, 31, was convicted of Harassment-2nd in the Town of Richmondville Court. The  Richmondville Court sentenced him to a conditional discharge, an order of protection, fine of $75 and a  surcharge of $125. New York State Trooper Kristel was the arresting officer. 

Klaas, Kevin, 49, was convicted of Criminal Contempt 1st, in the Town of Middleburgh Court. The  Middleburgh Town Court sentenced him to 50 hours of community service, a conditional discharge, DNA  fee, and a fine of $100. New York State Trooper Suchocki was the arresting officer.
