Cooperstown Woman Arrested on Bench Warrant

DELHI — Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced that a Cooperstown, New York woman was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Davenport for Failure to appear.  

On February 13th, 2024, The Town of Davenport had issued a Bench Warrant for the arrest of Samone Wilson, age 34 of Cooperstown, New York for failing to appear in the Town of Davenport on previous charges. 

On the afternoon of March 13th, 2024, Deputies were notified by the City of Oneonta Police Department that they had located Wilson. Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the City of Oneonta Police Department where Wilson was arrested on the bench warrant for Failure to appear.  Wilson was transported back to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and held at Centralized Arrangement pending her court appearance.
