Davenport Man Arrested for Burglary

Harpersfield – Today, Sheriff Craig DuMond announced the arrest of a Davenport man for Burglary in the 2nd degree. 

On March 5th, 2024, Sheriff's Deputies received a complaint that Ford Bailey Banks had entered onto another’s property and into a dwelling, where he stole multiple items as well as a firearm.   As a result of the investigation, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ford Bailey Banks, age 27 of Davenport, charging him with Burglary in the Second Degree a Class C Felony, Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor and Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, a Class B misdemeanor. 

Banks was transported to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office to await Centralized Arraignment Processing and will be scheduled to appear at the Town of Harpersfield Court at a later date to answer for the charges.
