Multiple Charges Following Delhi Investigation

DELHI — Sheriff Craig DuMond announced the arrest of two individuals by Sheriff’s Deputies as well as an additional arrest made by the Delhi Police Department as the result of an investigation. 

On January 12, 2025, Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the Delhi Police Department with a suspicious person/drug complaint in the Village of Delhi. The Delhi Police Department located one of the two suspected vehicles, while Sheriff’s Deputies located the second vehicle. 

During the course of the investigation, Deputies located a quantity of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun within the vehicle and on the occupants that were inside the vehicle. 

As a result of the investigation, Deputies arrested Kenneth Dillmann a 29 year old of Stamford for one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree a class C Felony, one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence and one count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, class E Felonies, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor and one count of Criminally using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A Misdemeanor. Dillmann was additionally charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 2nd Degree and Circumventing an interlock device, both unclassified Misdemeanors, unlicensed operator and obstructed plate. 

Also arrested was Deanna Eignor a 23 year old of Delhi for one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree a class C Felony, one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence and one count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, class E Felonies, one count of Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor and one count of Criminally using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A Misdemeanor.

Additionally, a third individual was arrested and charged with driving while ability is impaired by the use of drugs by the Delhi Police Department

All parties arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies were transported to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office to await the Centralized Processing Arraignment Court.
