ROXBURY –The Charlotte Valley/Schenevus junior varsity team defeated Stamford/Jefferson 47-24 to claim the overall league title at Roxbury Central School on Feb. 18. . CV/S was the top seed at 14-5 on the season, while S/J was 8-5 and seeded number two. Jordan Odell led CV/S with 17 points, while Morgan Miskell chimed in with 11 points and Rhian Bush added six. S/J got 11 points from Lillian Eklund and six points each from Brooke Cole and Madison Webster. CV/S finished the season in first place at 4-0 in league play, while SK was 3-1.
