Davenport Residents Arrested for Endangerment

KORTRIGHT — Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced the arrest of two Davenport residents on endangering charges. 
On January 16th, 2025 members of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division responded to a Davenport residence on a tip that children were living at this address in unsafe conditions. Investigators say the Investigation revealed that 42-year old Robert Olsen, and 43-year old Erin Olsen of Davenport N.Y. subjected two juveniles to hazardous and unsafe living conditions that were injurious to the mental and physical welfare of the juveniles.
On February 10th and 11th of  2025, members of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested Robert  and Erin Olsen on a criminal summons issued by the Town of Kortright for one count each of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Erin and Robert Olsen were later released on the summons directing them to reappear at the Town of Kortright Court at a later date to answer the charges.
