RENSSELAERVILLE - The annual Owl Prowl will be held at the Huyck Preserve and Biological Research Station on Saturday, March 8 from 5:30-7:30 at the Eldridge Research Center in Rensselaerville.
Head to the Preserve at dusk and test your auditory and observational skills! Wildlife rehabilitator, Kelly Martin, will start with an indoor show-and-tell with her live, rescued owls. Next, take your knowledge outside with Kelly to see if you can identify owls in the wild.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. Bring headlamps or flashlights (red lights preferred).
Registration is required. This event will be capped at 20.
Suggested donation: $5 non-members, members free.
If you have already registered for this event, you will receive a confirmation email.
