MIDDLEBURGH - At their July 2 meeting, Middleburgh school board members made the following personnel moves:
* Named the following summer bus drivers and aides: Erica Coons, Summer Bus driver, Rich Vilegi, Summer Bus driver, Nancy Brewington, Summer Bus driver, Jame Carbonetto, Summer Bus Driver, Val Slater Transportation Summer Bus Aide, Gayle Bartels Transportation Summer Bus aide,
Nicole Juhl Transportation Summer Bus Aide, and Deb Chichester Transportation Summer Bus aide.
* Approved the following long-term volunteers: RJ Proctor and Dave Mattice for basketball under Justin Hamm.
* Approved the following long-term substitute: Makenzie Terrell in the area of school counseling.
* Rescinded the June 11 appointment of Jackson Hughes-Charboneau as a Summer Cleaner-Temporary, effective June 27.
* Named Chloe Smith as a temporary summer cleaner from June 30 to August 29.
* Approved a leave of absence for Amanda Guettler, related to child birth, starting on or about July 14 through September 1.
* Accepted the retirement resignation of Susan Albright, for retirement purposes, effective June 30, 2026, with regret and best wishes.
* Appointed Katie Mankuski to a four-year probationary appointment as an elementary teacher, commencing September 1 and ending August 31, 2029. Ms. Mankusi holds a professional certification as an Elementary teacher.
* Approved graduate credit hours for Maria Sime.
