MCS Launches Pasta-bilities Project to Support Families

Written By The Mountain Eagle on 12/7/25 | 12/7/25

MIDDLEBURGH - Middleburgh Central School staff and teachers stayed late  on Thursday, November 20 to cook in the elementary school cafeteria to help feed needy families.

They kicked off the Pasta-bilities Project, an initiative inspired by the Lasagna Love organization and dedicated to supporting families in need within the school community.

Starting at 3 pm on Thursday, November 20, staff volunteers rolled up their sleeves to prepare homemade lasagnas for local families in need. This effort reflects the district's shared commitment to caring for one another and ensuring that every family feels supported.
