MIDDLEBURGH - A ribbon cutting was held for the Windswept Farm and Apothecary on Main Street in Middleburgh last month. Owner Jessica Capeci cut the ribbon, which was held by Trustees Sheryl Adams and Bob Tinker and Mayor Tim Knight.
