Delhi, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women’s golf team took to the links on Friday afternoon to capture the championship at the 2023 Mount Saint Mary’s College (MSMC) Invitational hosted by the Blue Knights at Par 72-6193-yard Balmville, N.Y. The Fighting Tigers posted a team total of 139-over-par 427 to the three-team field at the event.
The Fighting Tigers were led by senior Olivia Lisi, Marathon, N.Y., Marathon High School, who placed second overall in the 12-player field with a round of 24-over-par 96 on the day.
Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday April 22 and Sunday April 23 when they travel to Bloomfield, Ct. for the 2023 Northeast Women’s Golf Conference (NWGCC) Championship to be hosted at the Par 72-6711-yard Winstonbury Hill Golf Course beginning at 12:00 p.m. on both days.
