DELAWARE LEAGUE – The Hunter-Tannersville Wildcats edged Jefferson/Stamford 40-39 in league action on Monday. Grady Glennon led the way with 19 points, dishing off five assists and pulling down eight rebounds. Connor Schiefer added 10 rebounds and Gideon Glennon scored six in the victory. Jordan Anderson led J/S with 13 points on the night.
Gilbertsville-Mt. Upton defeated Windham 58-54 in non-league action on Tuesday. Jacob Schwartz led Windham with 17 points.
In action last week, Gilboa defeated Roxbury 55-37 in a league matchup. Cody Ciaravino led the way with 16 points and teammate Garrison Ross chimed in another 12 points. George Proctor led Rockets scoring with 14 points and nine rebounds. Mason Hamil added six points and six steals.
South Kortright blasted Windham 76-18 in its first league game of the season last Thursday. Connor Quarino again led the way with 20 points on the night while teammates Boston Quarino and Jack Byrne added 11 points each in double figures. Payton Dempsey and Eli Cercone each scored five for Windham.
Charlotte Valley defeated Hunter-Tannersville 66-18 in league play last Thursday. Ezra Ontl led scoring with 18 points on the night and Luke Montgomery chimed in another 16. Trevor Waid and John Gonsalves were just out of the double figures, with nine points each in the win. H-T was led by Grady Glennon's eight points.
In a non-league pairing last Wednesday, Margaretville defeated Onteora 57-47. Connor Wayman led the way with 27 points for the Blue Devils and teammate Hunter Balcom chimed in another 11 points to the win.
Also in a non-league matchup last Wednesday, Schenevus handed Hunter a 48-37 loss. Grady Glennon scored 21 points for H-T and had five steals, with Connor Schiefer added 12 points and pulling down 10 rebounds.
