SHARON SPRINGS — Brimstone Bakery, located in the quaint Village of Sharon Springs, has just reopened from its recent and exciting renovation! With all the growing popularity over the last few years, they renovated the existing space to expand the indoor dining area!
Providing unique options and authentic flavors, Owner and Operator Anthony Leberto, has created quite the following since opening in 2018 as a small co-packer. With momentum from his culinary experiences in New York City & San Francisco, Leberto has continued to deliver more and more with a hugely positive response.
Offering coffee, specialty drinks, baked goods, and most importantly a great lunch menu, there is a focus on high quality and scratch-made at Brimstone. Lunch items are changed based on the season and lean towards healthier and lighter options like their excellent BLT, seasonal salads, grilled chicken & shrimp, and of course their famous quiche!
