WATERVILLE, MAINE — The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) announced today that SUNY Cobleskill junior Albert Sippio, Syracuse, N.Y., Institute of Technology at Syracuse Central, has been named the NAC Men’s Lacrosse Player-of-the-Week for the week ending March 17, 2024.
On Saturday the junior midfielder led the Fighting Tigers to an 18-10 non-conference road victory over the Cyclones of Centenary University in Hackettstown, N.J. by scoring six goals, passing out two assists, picking up three ground balls and forcing a turnover as Cobleskill improved to 1-2 overall on the season.
For the year in three games the Syracuse, N.Y. native has scored nine goals, passed out three assists, picked up 11 ground balls and caused six turnovers on the season while winning 7-of-23 face-off opportunities.
The Fighting Tigers will next be in action on Saturday March 23 when they travel to Delhi, N.Y. to open the 2024 NAC season versus the Broncos of SUNY Delhi with face-off scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
