STAMFORD — Every summer the historic Main Street of Stamford, NY transforms into a dynamic performance space for the Headwaters Music and Arts Festival (HMAF). This annual day-long, rain-or-shine  event, will take place this year on July 19 between 12–5p and will showcase performances and community arts activities for all ages. The Roxbury Arts Group is taking submissions for performers and encourages musicians, performers and artists of all varieties to apply for a spot in this year’s festival by going to roxburyartsgroup.org/hmaf2025. The deadline for submissions is Saturday, June 21, 2025.

The Roxbury Arts Group is looking for bands, singer/songwriters, artists, dancers, orchestras, jazz trios, one-time collaborations, magicians, wizards, clowns, street theater troupes, poets, circus performers, opera singers, comedians, actors, jugglers, mimes, puppeteers, twirlers, breakdancers and other performers and creatives.  This year we will be adding a stage dedicated to the spoken word in conjunction with our monthly open mic series Word Box which takes place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Headwaters Arts Center.
