MEREDITH — Sheriff Craig DuMond announced the arrest of a Delhi man for driving with a suspended registration.
On December 14th, 2025, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a disabled vehicle in the roadway on State Highway 28, in the Town of Meredith. Upon arrival, Deputies identified the operator as 62-year-old Ronald Magloire of Delhi. Following an inquiry with the NYS DMV, Deputies determined that the registration of the vehicle had been suspended for failure to pay tolls.
Deputies arrested Magloire and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle While the Registration is Suspended and in addition, issued him a traffic summons for unregistered motor vehicle.
Magloire was released on summonses and was directed to appear at the Town of Meredith court at a later date to answer the charges.
