Delhi – Today, Sheriff Craig DuMond announced the arrest of a Morris man for possessing a controlled substance.
On January 8, 2024, Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the SUNY Delhi Police Department on a traffic stop in the Village of Delhi. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the passenger in the vehicle was in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and heroin. As a result, Deputies arrested Frank Mazepa, age 28 of Morris for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, class A misdemeanors.
Mazepa was subsequently released on appearance tickets and directed to appear at the Town of Delhi court at a later date to answer the charges.
