On April 7th, 2024, at approximately 12:24 pm, Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29-year-old Alexander Mousseau, of Downsville, New York, on a Criminal Summons issued by the Town of Colchester Court for Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation and Trespass, a violation under New York State Penal Law.
The arrest resulted from an investigation of a reported Harassment Complaint that occurred in the Town of Colchester, where it is alleged that Mousseau entered onto another person’s property without permission and harassed them via text message.
Mousseau is scheduled to appear at the Town of Colchester Court to answer the charge at a later date.
